Online Visibility

A website isn’t any good to you unless your target audience can find it.

Pay Per Click (PPC)
vs.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

Pay Per Click

PPC is a method of serving ads to targeted users on various platforms. Sometimes we refer to this as a "Customers Now" strategy as it starts doing it's job the moment the campaign goes live. In other words, you pay a platform like Google, Facebook, Twitter, etc., to show your advertisement to your target audience. The goal is to get prospects to click the ad and convert them to a lead. Typically this involves creating an offer you advertise to your target audience, and they convert to a lead by filling out a form or placing a phone call. As long as the campaign is live, your advertisement is being served to prospective clients.

Search Engine Optmization

SEO is the process of improving your site's visibility in the eyes of search engines. Sometimes we refer to this as a "Customers Later" strategy. The goal is to generate what is called 'organic' traffic. Unlike PPC, you aren't paying Google to run ads. Instead, Google sees your site favorably over others and serves it in the search results when users type in certain keywords. There are many on-site and off-site aspects to SEO and it usually requires consistent work before you start seeing results - typically 3 to 6 months at least. However it tends to have the best ROI in the long run.
